Stock

All our stock is subject to the supply from the Mills, and because our stock is considered as waste, we cannot guarantee an exact match in quantity, colour or design each time.

We have created generic descriptions, so please take the time to read these before you make your final selection, and please keep an open mind.

The fabric packs and project packs will also be subject to what is in stock, so each pack will be unique.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive the same products each time so please consider this when planning your project. Our advise is always, buy more to avoid disappointment!

Returns

With this in mind please note that all stock is ‘sold as seen’, and we operate a no returns policy on products purchased. If you are unhappy with your order, (which we hope will never happen!) then please get in touch with us and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.

Deliveries

Deliveries are all sent via Royal Mail, you can choose whether you would like a first or second class service. During the COVID Pandemic we are aware that deliveries are taking a little longer, please bear this in mind when placing an order. If you are located in a more remote area of the UK, our outside the UK, and would like to make a purchase please get in touch and we will arrange a custom delivery quote for you.
